We use Australia Post as our carrier service. All shipping options (standard and express) include tracking and will be posted within 1-4 business days of payments received.

How exciting! I absolutely love receiving a new plant and hope you do too! :)

The plants sold here are from my personal collection and are propagated in moss. I soak the moss and cuttings in Oleisea to give them the strongest roots possible. The plant in the listing is the exact plant you will receive. I try my best to keep the listing and photos as up to date as possible.

How are the Plants Shipped?

Plants are shipped bare rooted in Sphagnum Moss. The roots are wrapped in moss, then held together in a snap lock bag. This is all secured to the side of a postage box using tape. The rest of the box is filled with shredded paper to stop any movement of your beloved plant. All plants and cuttings are shipped using express post with tracking. IMPORTANT NOTES

It is important to note that the cuttings are grown and propagated in moss. It is up to the buyer to understand the care and transfer of the cuttings to soil. If you are a new grower or inexperienced, I recommend purchasing a plant that is already established in soil rather than a cutting in moss.

What about Quarantine?

We take biosecurity very seriously and cannot ship plants and/or seeds to WA, TAS and the NT. Once shipped, please contact Australia post to discuss any missing or delayed items referencing your tracking number provided. If you do have an issue, please make contact as soon as possible.

Refunds

No refunds are provided for 'change of mind' purposes.

No refunds will be provided for plants unless they were not as described.

If you do feel as though your plant/cutting is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Gift Boxes

Our gift packs are carefully wrapped and packaged in mint, tissue paper, placed into a recyclable white box and posted within 1-4 business days of ordering.
