We use Australia Post as our carrier service. All shipping options (standard and express) include tracking and will be posted within 3 business days of payments received.
We cannot be held responsible for loss of, damaged, slow to arrive or misplaced items once they are out of our hands. If you do have an issue, please make contact as soon as possible.
Refunds and Exchange
If you encounter problems with your products, please contact us as soon as possible. If a product is faulty or not as described, we will exchange the faulty item at no extra charge. We will require the faulty item be returned to us in an unused/original condition
We do not refund for change of mind, but you can cancel your order if it has not been dispatched.
Any personal information collected by us will be kept private and confidential. It will never be sold or given to any other party.
